Communication is about more than just exchanging information. It's about understanding the emotion and intentions behind the information. Effective communication is also a two-way street. It’s not only how you convey a message so that it is received and understood by someone in exactly the way you intended, it’s also how you listen to gain the full meaning of what’s being said and to make the other person feel heard and understood.
There are 3 outcomes which are meant to be read in an order. First is a video that shows hidden gestures and expression of the deaf. Each deaf person was given 4 different questions in which they are to express how they feel regarding each of the given circumstances followed by mini guide book of sign language and 2 mirror posters. The purpose of the guidebook is to present the basic of sign language which is alphabets, numbers, and gestures. Where else the 2 mirror posters invite the viewer to reflect and attempt to sign the message on the mirror.
